Please remember that Tennessee State law requires a valid client patient relationship to provide medical advice, so we cannot give medical advice over the phone prior to examining your pet or if we have not examined your pet within at least the last 12 months.

Prescription Refills & Food
Prescription and food refill requests must be made during normal business hours (Monday – Thursdays, 9-5). Please give us 24 hours notice on all refills.
Refills and foods are available for pickup 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, provided that we are given 24 hours notice.
Please email your refill requests to email@example.com. Alternatively, you may call 615-386-0107 (reception will transfer you to our voicemail) to leave your request. Please include an email address or phone number at which you can be reached when your prescription is ready.
Please call the front desk at 615-386-0107, and they will direct you to one of our technicians or our voicemail. It is generally more expedient to leave a voicemail, as we can then gather the information needed to answer your question and call you back with the answer, instead of leaving people on hold for long periods.
Voicemail is monitored during normal business hours. We always do our best to answer calls promptly, although sometimes it will be the next business day.
